Artist biography:
Commission a portrait by BAFTA award-winning artist Alison Jackson, famous for her photographs of celebrities in their private lives, using almost unbelievable lookalikes.
You could be immortalised in a photograph with your favourite 'celebrity'. In bed with Kate Moss, playing basketball with Obama, having tea with the Queen? Alison will create your very own paparazzi-style photo opportunity for you and your preferred 'celebrity' lookalike.
Born in 1960 in Hampshire
Studied Fine Art Sculpture at Chelsea College of Art as an adult student, and took an MA in Fine Art Photography at the Royal College of Art, London.
She became notorious in England in 1999 for producing black-andwhite photographs including images that apparently showed Princess Diana and Dodi Al-Fayed with a mixed-race love child. The photographs were part of her graduation series entitled Mental Images. She has gone on to produce similarly obscure photos and films of celebrity look-alikes in surprising, shocking or strange situations, portraying them, as she has described it, 'depicting our suspicions'.
Jackson exhibited in the Liverpool Biennale and at the M + B Gallery in Los Angeles in 2008.
